Help with Chat

Whenever possible we will try to be online and available to answer any questions you may have about fish from us or our products, through our live-chat help feature. On occasion we may be helping another customer or might be on the phone, so it may take a minute or two to respond to your live-chat request.

Unfortunately, at this time we will have limited time to man this live-chat. If the chat symbol shows as "offline", you can click on it to leave us a message. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

This chat is for help with problems concerning anything you purchase from us, or are considering purchasing from us.  It is not for general questions about fish.  .

On occasion, the chat window will automatically minimize. If you don't see it, look at the bottom of your screen where your minimized programs appear.
