In general, it is more economical to manufacture fish food pellets, making high nutrition available at a lower cost than other fish food types. This is especially true of our Fry Starters and Micro Pellets.  All of our foods are Made in the USA

Some of these pelleted fish foods are designed for fish needing a bit less protein in their diet. This is true for many pond fish, plecos, bristlenose and other plant-eating fish.  If the fish does not need the protein, it is converted to ammonia waste and pollutes the water.  For these fish, it's best to choose something that is less than 40% protein.
