of high protein and fat levels. We also feed our Fry Starters to
our adult angels, discus, guppies, and catfish. They all love
it! This is arguably the "best value" tropical fish food on the market! You can't buy more nutrition for your dollar! It even has substantial color enhancing properties. Analysis: Min. Protein - 55%, Min. Fat - 15%, Max. Fiber - 2%Fish Meal, Corn Gluten Meal, Fish Oil, Soybean Meal, Blood Meal, Wheat Flour, Cereal Food Fines, Liquid Fish Solubles, Brewers Yeast, Soy Lecithin, Yeast Culture, Vitamin & minerals, Ethoxyquin (preservative), Canthaxanthin (color enhancing) Fry Starter #1: A finely ground meal of our very popular and inexpensive Fry Starter formula. This is not a brine shrimp substitute, but the first dry food that should be fed. .40-.50mm Starter #2 - A small granule that can be fed to most fish over 3 weeks old. (livebearers thrive on it) Our guppies do wonderfully well with this as a major part of their diet. .60 - .84 mm Starter #3 - A slightly larger granule that is accepted by most medium/large fish over 4-6 months old. Our medium sized discus and larger angelfish thrive on this size. .85 - 1.19 mm Starter 1.5mm - A slightly larger size. This starter is not a crumble, but an extruded pellet. There are no dust particles and it is very consistent in size. Ideal for medium to adult fish. |
