Shipping Options on Fish Orders

Next Day shipments are always easiest on the fish, and the method that is usually the best way to ship.

We cannot safely ship by 2nd Day or Priority Mail in cold weather. Before choosing those shipping options, it is best to check with us first to see if we can guarantee live delivery on your order. We will let you know if we can't guarantee 2nd Day shipments because of weather. In general, we will not guarantee anything except next day shipment from Oct 1st until May 15th.  And then, only if you pick them up at the carrier's counter.

Let us know if you can pick the fish up at the local UPS Customer Center. (NOT UPS Store) That is by far the best method to reduce the fish's stress level. It can also be the most convenient way to get fish. It's quicker, less stress on the fish and you don't have to wait for the driver to show up at an unknown time.

If you live close enough to our location, we can often ship by Ground or Priority Mail with next day delivery. We'll let you know if that is the case.
