This form is for getting a quote prior to ordering fish. We have to manually figure out shipping charges for every fish order and we need all the details to do this accurately. Our minimum order for fish is $50 plus the shipping charges.  Sorry, we cannot ship fish outside of the U.S. This form is not connected to the shopping cart in any way. You must manually enter the exact fish you want the quote for.
