This section is where you can purchase live fish.
The shopping cart found here is separate from
our Supplies Store. Only fish may be added to it - not supplies.
It is setup this way, because fish cannot be shipped in the same
box as products. They are shipped by different methods and we don't
want products to compromise the safety of the fish.
Besides, it is almost always more costly to ship them
together (because of high Next Day costs) than it is to ship
them separately.

We ship fish to U.S. locations only.
The minimum order for fish is $25.00. Shipping is additional. Fish
are shipped Monday through Thursday, weather permitting. Orders
to some locations can go out on Friday. The fish arrive the next
day, unless you choose a 2nd Day service (2nd Day is NOT
guaranteed unless you pick them up at the UPS Customer Center or
local Post Office). We will contact you before
shipping your order. The fish must not be fed for 24-48 hours before
shipping, so fish orders cannot be shipped the same day of the order.

Paying for Shipping
The shopping cart will figure out shipping for Overnight
shipping to the US 48 contiguous states. Contact us for a quote
to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. If you choose a 2nd Day shipment
you have to pick them up at the local UPS Customer Center in
order for us to guarantee
live delivery (only during warmer months).
Let us know if you can pick the fish up at the local UPS Customer Center (NOT UPS Store). This is by far the best, most convenient way to get fish. It's quicker, less stress on the fish and you don't have to wait for the driver to show up at an unknown time. Shipping Address:
It is very important to carefully give us the full legal address for delivery. We have to know
if it's a "street, road, ave, blvd," etc. If there is a
building #, apt # or Suite # it has to be on the package.
It has to be spelled correctly. The zip code has to be
correct. UPS will charge $11.00 to correct any of these
that is missing or not the legal one given by the Post Office - even
if they can deliver it without problem. This charge will
be passed on to you. Besides, you do not want live fish
delayed for such an easy reason to avoid.
