Conditions of Fish Guarantee
You or a representative must accept delivery from the carrier
within 2 hours of the arrival time. If the carrier leaves and
doesn't come back until after the 2 hour limit, there is no
guarantee. If there is any problem we want you to let us
know immediately, but must be notified within 2 hours of the
first delivery attempt for the guarantee to remain in effect.
If you don't notify us of a problem and the fish dies, there
is no free replacement or refund given.
The fish must not be left outside. If a carrier leaves them
outdoors because no one was available on a delivery attempt,
then the live delivery guarantee is cancelled. They can be sent
to a neighbor, a work address or anywhere someone is sure to
be available to accept the fish. Always ask to sign for the
package to record that they weren't left outside. The absolute safest delivery
option is to pick them up at the nearest
Fedex Staffed Location before 10:00 AM. This can
cut as much as 8-10 hours off the delivery time, and keep them
out of an overly hot/cold delivery truck. Most people also
find it more convenient than being on constant alert for the
carrier to arrive. The carrier will not ring your door bell
or knock, so you have to watch for them, which can be a big
inconvenience for busy people.
Any dead fish must be sent back before any refund will be
given. As an alternative, you may send us a clear (in focus) digital
photo by e-mail, showing the dead fish with their complete tail

show-quality fish you see on this website are raised exclusively
on the foods that we sell, and our grow-out tanks contain the sponge
filters you will find here. Other than the aquariums they are in,
we do not use a single product for raising our fish, that we do
not sell. The products we offer are the best and give you the greatest
value for your money.

that if you change your mind about a product, we will give you your
money back or an exchange for up to 30 days after your purchase.

If the product is defective upon receipt, we will take
care of the problem. If it's a warrantee issue, the the manufacturer will take care
of it. If you have simply changed your mind and do not
want it, then it must be sent back in the original packaging
in new, unused condition. If you want to exchange a
non-defective item, any difference in price and the shipping
charges must be prepaid on the new item before it will be
shipped. Warranty issues must
be dealt with by the manufacturer. Manufacturer
