Prepay: We will accept a certified bank check or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to Angels Plus for immediate shipment. Checks of any other kind will not be accepted. Mail it to P.O. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to take customers to our hatchery. If you pick up an order, it will be prepared for you in advance. Shipping Live FishMinimum fish order is $50.00. We ship year-around, except in extreme weather conditions. In mid winter, we may experience delays of a week or two, getting an order of fish shipped, but they do get out safely. You will know when to expect them before we ship.The shipping rate varies by the weight, shipping zone and carrier used. Please fill out our shipping quote request form if you would like to know the shipping cost before sending in a fish order. This typically ranges from $30-$65 for an average order of 10-20 fish. We need the ship-to zip code and the exact fish desired in order to accurately estimate the shipping costs. Shipping days for fish are typically Monday through Thursday, with delivery the following day. Some locations can have a Saturday delivery. We do not ship live fish outside the U.S., though many Canadian customers who can get to the States, will pick them up at one of the large number of UPS Customer Centers. Check here for details on our guarantee. Aquarium Supplies and Equipment:The minimum supply order is $8.00. If you choose to have us ship to a PO Box, Be sure to not select UPS as a shipping option. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We do not accept international orders to any country, except Canada. Returns on Aquarium Supplies and EquipmentIn the event that you wish to return an item within 30 days of the invoice date we will exchange the item or credit your account, excluding original shipping. Exchanges or returns must include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and be received at our facility prepaid in new condition. Shipping on exchanges must be prepaid on the new item before it will go out.Damaged or Faulty Items: Upon receipt of your mail order, immediately inspect your package for shipping damage. UPS or other carrier should be notified immediately if any damage is evident. If a problem develops with a product during it's warranty period, the manufacturer should be contacted.
