Ordering & Shipping Guidelines
No Phone OrdersThis method is too error prone, so we will accept an order by phone, though it is fine to give us your card # by phone if you prefer. That is an option when choosing the payment method when checking out in our shopping cart.
We accept PayPal and cards from Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Online Shopping CartThe online shopping cart should be filled out for all orders. It accepts the options of credit/debit cards through PayPal, payments from your PayPal account, US Postal money orders, fax orders or credit card orders with the card number given to us by phone.
Prepay: We will accept a certified bank check or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to Angels Plus for immediate shipment. E-checks can be accepted through PayPal (these will cause a delay). Checks of any other kind will not be accepted. Mail your Postal Money order to Angels Plus, 112 E Pine St, Olean, NY 14760.
Orders may be picked up at our office, only by appointment. Unfortunately, due to very stringent bio-security we are unable to take customers to our hatchery. If you pick up an order, it will be prepared for you in advance.Minimum fish order is $25.00. We ship year-around, except in extreme weather conditions. In mid winter, we may experience delays of a week or two, getting an order of fish shipped, but they do get out safely. You will know when to expect them before we ship.
The shipping for all Overnight orders are figured by the shopping cart. Just be sure to select the correct "ship-to" state when calculating the shipping. Any special shipping requests must be handled by phone or email.
Shipping days for fish are typically Monday through Thursday, with delivery the following day. Some locations can have a Saturday delivery at a surcharge of $15.00.
We do not ship live fish outside the U.S., though many Canadian and Mexican customers who can get to the States, will pick them up at one of the large number of Fedex Staffed Locations.

Shipping Address:It is very important to carefully give us the full legal address for delivery. We have to know if it's a "street, road, ave, blvd," etc. If there is a building #, apt # or Suite # it has to be on the package. It has to be spelled correctly. The zip code has to be correct. Fedex will charge $12.00 to correct any of these that is missing or not the legal address given by the Post Office - even if they can deliver it without problem. This charge will be passed on to you. Besides, you do not want live fish delayed for such an easy reason to avoid.
Aquarium Supplies and Equipment:
The minimum supply order is $8.00. If you choose to have us ship to a PO Box, Be sure to not select "Ground" as a shipping option. We can ship "Economy" to P.O. Boxes. Fedex and other Ground carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
International Orders: We will accept Credit/Debit Cards to Canada. With all other countries, we will accept only two methods of payment. One is Western Union wire transfer. The other is direct Bank Transfer. Shipping has to be quoted by email for every other country except Canada.
Returns on Aquarium Supplies and EquipmentIn the event that you wish to return an item within 30 days of the invoice date we will exchange the item or credit your account, excluding original shipping. Exchanges or returns must include original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and be received at our facility prepaid in new condition. Shipping on exchanges must be prepaid on the new item before it will go out. For Returns, call or email for Return Authorization.
Damaged or Faulty Items: Upon receipt of your mail order, immediately inspect your package for shipping damage. UPS or other carrier should be notified immediately if any damage is evident.
